2P Servis - custom e-commerce solution for medical supplies sales

2P Servis s.r.o. recently faced a challenge that is typical for many businesses in the digital era – their e-shop based on an older version of CMS system had gradually become outdatedand could no longer meet the expectations of the modern online environment. Problems with security, updates and platform sustainabilitywere increasingly apparent and required a quick solution.

2P Servis s.r.o. faced a difficult choice. They could continue with their current provider and invest in upgrading and migrating the existing e-shop, which would be quick, but perhaps only a temporary solution. The second option was to switch to one of the available boxed systems, which are immediately usable, but may be limited in customization according to the company's specific needs. The last, but least attractive option was to have a completely new custom e-shop developed.

An important requirement was connecting the new e-shop with the warehouse system, which was still under development at the time. Integration of both systems was essential to ensure efficient and smooth operation, inventory management and providing accurate information to customers in real time.

The final solution became the WordPresssystem, even though 2P Servis s.r.o. originally leaned towards switching to a boxed system to avoid repeating the situation where they would face the need for another upgrade in a few years.

The next step in our solution was connecting the e-shop to the CRM system. We also implemented a system for syncing product ratings from Heureka.cz to individual items in the e-shop.

To increase product visibility and facilitate searching, we integrated the ability to add alternative search phrases to each item in the system.

This comprehensive solution, built on the WordPress system and enriched with thoughtful features and integrations, provided 2P Servis s.r.o. witha robust and flexible platformfor their online store.

Customer care system

The result of our collaboration with 2P Servis s.r.o. was creating an e-shop on the WordPressplatform. Thanks to the flexibility, wide support and expansion possibilities that WordPress offers, 2P Servis avoided a situation where their system would become outdated. This stable and secure platform now allows the company to dynamically adapt to changing market demands and maintain competitive advantage.

Many improvements concerned customer experience, including for example simplifying the registration process for new customers through automated information extraction from ARES, or the aforementioned insertion of alternative search phrases for each product. Products are now more easily searchable based ona broader spectrum of keywords, making it easier for customers to find exactly what they're looking for. Through these and other improvements, we not only increased customer conversions, but also simplified and automated some processes in the website's background.

Thanks to these and other improvements, 2P Servis s.r.o. can now more efficiently manage their online operations. The company is now better equipped to adapt to market needs and can provide excellent services to their customers.

Good evening, I wanted to thank you all for today's migration and for the entire project of our e-shop. Apart from some minor bugs that we'll resolve in the following days, it seems that everything is working quite well so far. You've done a solid piece of work. I would also like to mention here that I greatly appreciate your support during the project and your approach to problem solving. I know that you didn't always have it easy with me and the project became unbearably prolonged towards the end, and I'm all the more glad that we could finally become your full-fledged customer from last year's fuckup and I hope also a long-term business partner.
