ERP system for the engineering company RAYMAN spol. s r.o., which focuses on system deliveries in various industrial sectors.

Mr. Rayman decided to change the information system (IS) due to the inefficiency of the existing software equipment and the need for digitization of internal company processes. With growing demands on work organization and document management, the current software proved insufficient.

The planned investment in the new IS was in the range of 100-200 thousand crowns with the requirement to cover all key company processes and accessibility for approximately 8 employees.

We designed and implemented a unified ERP system that unifies all key company processes and enriches them with CRM properties. This system provides a comprehensive solution for business management, from creating quotes, through project management to invoicing and cash register.

The core of the system is efficient project management, which allows tracking their progress from creating a quote, through its conversion to a project including individual items, to final implementation. To speed up the process, we implemented the ability to import machine lists from xls directly into projects.

The project serves as a central point from which purchase orders or invoices can be easily generated with one click. This approach minimizes duplicate data entry and reduces the risk of errors.
