ERP system for a company in the field of air conditioning

A construction company specializing in air conditioning, cooling and climate control approached us with a requirement to connect the Premier economic system with orders, invoicing and attendance. They needed all information to be together – clearly, securely and without manual interventions.

  • Invoices were in Premier, but without connection to orders.
  • Attendance existed, but was outdated, separate and unclear.
  • The system lacked the ability to easily find out: "Who did what, for how much, and why?"
  • The client had specific display requirements – e.g. compact tables, status labels or style modifications in list views.

1. Orders as the main axis of the system

  • Each order has a connection to invoices,timesheets, cash documentsand service contracts.
  • The user immediately sees contract status, its validity and warnings about approaching deadlines.
  • Records were modified according to user wishes – compact row display, labels and visual styles.

2. Invoice synchronization from Premier

  • All invoices (issued, received, advance) are automatically imported from Premier, but only if they are paired with an order.
  • Synchronization works bidirectionally – including deletions and changes in Premier.
  • On the AutoERPside, invoices are connected with purchase orders, orders and cash desk.

3. Attendance and work timesheets

  • The company kept their original HR module, but we adapted its data – timesheets are now linked to orders.
  • Attendance shows planned vs. actual presence, and serves as a basis for calculating retention.
  • Despite the client using their own form of calculation (sometimes with VAT, sometimes without), we adapted the system to their methodology.

"Things we used to have to solve by phone or search for in PDFs, we now see with the first click. We know what's on which order, who worked on it, how much was invoiced – and whether we're close to the deadline."
