For Event Arena company, we implemented a specific customer management system – CRM. This system allows them to classify individual contacts and organizations, and automatically assign appropriate regular care based on this classification.


Once a specific status is assigned to an organization and contact in AutoCRM, a set of activities is automatically created and scheduled for the contactthat should be performed with this contact in the future.
Given the complicated matrix system that the company uses to categorize their clients into individual categories, we created a tool within the CRM that allows them to modify individual categories and their associated activities with just a few clicks.
In Documents in the AutoCRM system, there is stored an Excel file that defines individual categoriesand the associated care. If they need to modify and reconfigure activities that belong to individual types of Contacts, they simply modify thisdirectly in excel in AutoERP and then with one click transfer this setting to the system, which creates the necessary set of Activities.
